8 Digit Serial Numbers Locating the serial number of your program 1. With the program not running, "single click" on the program's desktop icon to give it focus. 2. While holding the Shift key down, "double click" on the program's icon. 3. The "Register" window should appear. If it doesn't, try the process again ... it will work. 4. The serial number is located in the upper right hand corner of the window. 
Send the following information to Design Imaging Group at support@digtechsupport.com Name of the program and it's version number Program Serial number - 8 digits. Your Name Your Company Name Your Phone Number All of the above information is required before we will issue an unlock code. Unlocking your program 1. Make sure the "Register License" mode is selected. 2. After you receive the unlock code, enter it into the "...Unlock Code:" text box. We suggest copying and pasting to mininize typing errors. 3. Usually, the code is a mixture of capital letters and numbers. 4. Put the "Caps Lock" key on. Note the difference between the number "0" and the capital letter "O" (as in OK) and the difference between the number "1" and the capital letter "l" (as in Idea). 5. Then press the "Unlock" button. The window will change ... and press the "Continue" button to complete the unlock process. |
